Frequently asked questions
At Alert Business Information we pride ourselves on the fact that our clients stay with us because we can provide what they want – business data and insights-wise – at a price they can afford. So let’s take you through some of the concerns raised over the years, together with the solutions we came up with:

How fresh and accurate is the data?
The recruitment-leads data is researched during the week before it is dispatched, and the key-contacts data is compiled only when an order for it is placed. We do not have data sitting on the shelf as it goes out of date very quickly. All our data is fresh!
How does the pricing work?
As every project is different, we provide a bespoke quote for each enquiryand, therefore, don’t list prices on our website. However, we guarantee that our costs will be extremely competitive, and we price match: if you can find another supplier of the same quality information at a better price, we’ll match it.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against an invoice, or on a card via PayPal
Where does the information come from?
The data is gathered from a broad variety of online and offline sources, including: manual research, survey and feedback forms, directories, conferences, trade fairs, industry magazine subscriptions, business databases, social media, the press, and from a set of 20,000 online sources.
